You’re invited to an evening of calm, connection, and collective pause.
Join us as we gather beside still water — at the edge of day and night — to rest, reset, and remember the beauty of simply being. This sound bath is the second in our community series, a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, each other, and the natural world around us.
As the sun dips below the horizon, we’ll ease into stillness through intentional breath and gentle grounding, then immerse in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and ambient sounds designed to nourish the nervous system and calm the mind.
