There’s something about this time of year—when summer is in full swing, but the pace of life hasn’t slowed. So many of us are running on fumes, craving more peace, more presence, more time to just be.

This guided yoga and Camping Retreat is a chance to step away from the noise and come back to you—in nature, in community, and in your body.

We’ll gather for a weekend of yoga, movement, simple Ayurvedic practices, and real connection—surrounded by the beauty of water, trees, stars, and soul. It’s a space to reset, to be seen and supported, and to remember the quiet wisdom that’s already inside you.
