At Unify Mind Body, each product and service is crafted with care and intention. Because many of our items are personal wellness goods and handcrafted in small batches, we have a few guidelines to ensure a fair and supportive experience for everyone.

Physical Products

• Returns: We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.

• Exchanges: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a store credit.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

Digital Programs & Services

• Workshops / Cleanses / Coaching Sessions: Because these offerings require preparation and limited space, registrations are non-refundable once booked. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 48 hours before the start date — we’ll do our best to offer a credit toward a future program or session.
