🌅 Before Sunrise (Vata Time)

Awaken gently — before 6 AM if possible

💧 Tongue scraping + warm water

🌿 6–10 AM (Kapha Time)

Get moving — yoga, walk, or dance

🍲 Light breakfast with warm, grounding foods

🧴 Abhyanga (oil massage) if time allows


🔥 10 AM–2 PM (Pitta Time)
